About the Presenter
Dorothee Racette, CT, is an ATA-certified German<>English translator. She has been a full-time freelance translator for over 25 years, specializing in medical and scientific texts. After holding a number of ATA leadership positions, she served as the Association’s president (2011-2013). In 2014, she began her own executive coaching business and completed intensive training with the International Coach Federation. She now divides her time between translating and coaching. She enjoys helping individuals and organizations solve problems related to workflow, productivity, and time management.
